Hi, I'm Max, and I want to tell you a quick story: I went through high school playing sports, working out and taking whey protein, but I was FAT. Not huge, but chubby for sure. At one point, I was 207 lbs, and believe me: very litte of it was muscle!

In fact, my body fat was between 18-21% senior year, and I felt weak every time I went to the gym...It was embarassing trying to lift weights around the shredded guys at the gym, so I stopped. It was largely because of my diet, because I couldn't seem to burn any fat even though I played sports all the time!

When I got to college, I started watching my diet, and tried running on a treadmill 3x per week to shed some pounds. But, I also started partying and sitting on my ass for school more often. I knew I wanted to put an end to the fatness and being embarassed to take my shirt off, so I kept running and watching my diet. It worked a little, and I started feeling less fat as I lost some weight.

But, after a while I realized that I didn't want to be skinny, I wanted to be muscular...

Fast-forward to now: Now, I'm 186 lbs at 6ft. 3 in., and only 11.4% body fat! So not only have I burnt all of my excess fat (about 28 lbs), I've gained about 7 lbs of lean muscle mass!

I look better, I feel great, and I'm finally strong enough to be confident at the gym (or at the pool with my shirt off)...But here's the kicker: I did it all without expensive supplements or pointless drugs, and only spent 2-3 hours per week working out!
