  Burn Fat, Feed Muscle

I bought a total of 9 muscle building workout programs & routines on the Internet, and "Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle" made the top 5, but just barely...Take 3 minutes to read this review to figure out if it's the best program for you.

I heard about "Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle" a few months after I started working out with "Muscle Gain Truth" & "No Nonsense Muscle Building", but I still decided to get it because there were a TON of great reviews for it.

I'll be honest with you right off the bat: I would NOT recommend buying this program UNLESS you are a complete beginner or you're not doing as well as you'd like with nutrition. While there are some very helpful pieces of information, it's purely based on just that...information alone.

There's nothing wrong with learning, but I like applying what I learn right away, and there are a lot less printable workout routines, progress trackers and meal plans in "Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle" than the other programs I bought.

That said, Tom Venuto is a fitness genius, and I think this package is still worth picking up if you want to lay a solid foundation to get started OR you want to add to your library of fitness knowledge.

Here are some of the best things I got from Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle:

  • Goal-setting for maximum fitness results
  • Metabolism secrets: meal frequency & timing tricks
  • The "BFFM" customizable eating plan
  • A-food/B-food report
  • How to measure your body fat from home
  • "Tasty Muscle Gain Recipes"

Overall, this is a great set of information for anyone wanting to lose fat and build muscle gradually while they're at it.

I wish I would have found this program first, but keep in mind that if you feel like you know a good amount already and/or your goals are geared mostly toward muscle gain, I recommend you check out my reviews of "Muscle Gain Truth" or "No Nonsense Muscle" before making any decisions.

If you want to learn more about natural bodybuilding, nutrition for fat loss & muscle gain, and how to setup your own effective fat loss workout routines based on Tom's methods, then give "Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle" a try:

Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle Pros:

Here are some of my favorite parts of the program:

  • Nutrition nutrition nutrition. Anything and everything you ever wanted to know about it.
  • Tom has a way of shutting up that little voice that keeps you from meeting your goals
  • Easy to read reports
  • Great balance for guys & girls

In general, Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle is a nice product, but it has its flaws...

Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle Cons:

While it's a great course overall, Burn The Fat could use some improvements in my book:

  • I want to gain muscle, not just burn fat! This ebook is based so heavily on burning fat, that it's tough to get the ripped form Tom has from just the information he gives.
  • I didn't gain much strength from his ebook, but he did help me improve my form a bit
  • I'm used to detailed workout routines, meal plans and videos, and the ebooks that come with this program just seemed somewhat outdated to me.

When all is said and done, don't get this one unless you're a beginner or you want to spend the time reading Tom's genius insights about your diet.

About Tom Venuto:

tom venutoTom Venuto is one of those guys that just needs no introduction, as you can see, but to give you an idea of how he got that way:

Tom is a certified personal trainer, natural bodybuilder, and freelance fitness writer.

He's won multiple bodybuilding championships, and he's compiled his knowledge into the "Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle" ebook collection.

He focuses on minimizing poor nutrition, and maximizing form & performance while working out. His techniques are nothing new but they work, and that's all that matters, right?

Here's one of the cool customer reviews I found on BurnTheFat.com:

Testimonial Top

"Hi Tom,

About three months ago, I came across your site and stewed over ordering BFFM for a few days. I finally broke down and ordered. That moment changed my life.

I am 6'0" tall, and started your program at about 210 lbs. My body fat was 21.5%. After three months, I have lost about 25 lbs. and my body fat is around 14-15%, and dropping every day. I cannot believe the changes, and neither can family and friends.

I wake up at 4:00 AM 5 days a week now to go to the gym before work. (Who would have thought) I do one body part per visit. I may throw in abs here and there. I follow up with cardio a few of those days. I even had to cut my cardio back a little as not to lose much more weight. The fat just fell off after starting your cardio program!!

Anyways, I thank you for everything!"

Program Results:

Unfortunately, I bought this program too late. I had already started working out with a great routine, and had been following a detailed meal plan, with the "Muscle Gain Truth" & "Turbulence Training" combined.

Tom's system is based on fundamentals, and while I'm no professional or bodybuilding guru, I felt like I knew most of what I read in his ebook.

That said, I was able to improve my diet by eliminating some of the foods Tom disagreed with from the diet meal plan I was following, and I definitely started paying more attention to my form when working out, which helped.

Conclusion

In the end, this is my suggestion: if you feel like you have already learned a lot about exercising and nutrition, do NOT buy "Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle". If you're just getting started, this is the PERFECT ebook to start with.

However, it's important to note that the results Tom Venuto has gotten (like in the pic above) will not come from JUST the methods in this ebook!
