Muscle Gain Truth is a great program overall. It's not perfect, but there are definitely some advantages to it over paying a personal trainer $36/hour 3x per week like many people do!

Overall, the Muscle Gain Truth package is really helpful, especially because there is so much included. It's crazy how much it comes with, and it's easy to follow and adapt into your schedule. That said, it's not perfect, so here are the bad things about it...
Muscle Gain Truth Cons:
- It's not made to help you lose fat.When I first started feeling like I had lost some weight and gotten in shape, I wanted to start gaining some muscle. I bought this package 2nd out of 9 total, and I'll admit: the meal plans were tough for me to get used to since I was still trying to burn some fat. They are high-protein plans, and I had to consume a LOT of calories, but I followed Sean's advice by gradually moving up through the meal plans (grouped by number of calories) and adding some simple tweaks to the workout plans to combat the extra weight I was gaining.
- The online progress tracker is only free for 3 months. The iTrain Harder membership only lasts for 3 months, which I found out after I made the purchase, then it's $5/month afterward. You don't have to sign up for the membership, but it's pretty sweet...Also, if you don't want to pay the member fee, I would recommend not even signing up for it to begin with, and using the printable logs Sean provides through the "School of Muscle" membership trial.
- The program takes 3-5 hours per week. While the actual workouts Sean provides only take about 45 minutes including warm-ups, I found that I was spending about 60-90 minutes, 3 days/week on this program (printing & using workout logs, nutritional planners, etc.). It's worth it, don't get me wrong, but some of the other programs I purchased only required 30-45 minutes, 3 days/week. (But, I didn't get as much out of them, either!)
- The website is way too hyped-up. Like many of the fitness experts who have started selling their programs online to reach more people, Sean hypes up his muscle gain system like crazy. It's important to see through the hype, and really focus on what the program offers, and what it promises. While I don't like this sales tactic, I also know that I can always just get a refund if the product didn't provide what it promised. I know the site's kinda crappy, but Sean is NOT a web designer: he's a muscle building expert! =)

While the site is hyped-up and may seem unbelievable, trust me: you'll get a hell of a lot more from "The Muscle Gain Truth" than you would from buying any number of books, exercise machines or supplements.
My Results:
Since this was my 2nd program out of 9, it's tough to say what my exact results were from "Muscle Gain Truth" alone. However, I know for a fact that I increased my max. bench by 25 lbs in the first 5 weeks! Plus, I gained between 5-7 lbs of lean muscle mass, which felt amazing!

Overall, considering everything that's included, the "Muscle Gain Truth" is your best bet if you want to gain muscle quickly & naturally, without spending a fortune on trainers or supplements.
If you feel like you need to lose fat first, I would recommend checking out my Turbulence Training review first. I was able to cut a lot of fat with the interval training routine, then I came back to "Muscle Gain Truth" to start packing on some real muscle, and that's how I got my best results.
